 This cake is a tuxedo cake (chocolate and vanilla) with cream cheese icing, chocolate ganache and chocolate covered strawberries.

Smash Cake

This cake is for a local photographer from Freezing Time Photography who holds 1st Birthday smash cake sessions. Here is a picture of the cake. It's my very first professional cake photo! I'm so proud :) *tear*

Finding Nemo

Today I finished a cake for a 2nd birthday party! It was a Finding Nemo theme, and I think it turned out pretty nice, if I do say so myself :)

The cake is vanilla with chocolate chip buttercream filling and buttercream icing. All the characteres and accents are fondant, and the sand is brown sugar.

I had my son's 1st birthday party this past weekend! He had a Sesame Street Babies theme, and so I made the cake accordingly! This is my favourite cake to date :)
